PUPS WILL BE VACCINATED AT 6, 8 & 12 OF AGE WEEKS IF STILL ON MY YARD BEFORE SHIPPING. WE ONLY USE DURAMUNE OR VANGUARD PUPPY VACCINES & NEVER USE A LOWER GRADE OR BRAND ON OUR PUPS.

WORMING IS DONE WITH PYRANTEL PAMOATE AT 3, 5, & 7 WEEKS AND BEFORE SHIPPING 3 DAYS OF PANACUR AT 9 WEEKS OF AGE. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THIS SCHEDULE OF VACCINATION AND WORMING AND STAND BY THE HEALTH OF ALL OUR PUPS 100%

Puppy Policy

Due to the high demand of our pups it is suggested that you send a deposit to hold a pup. I will only accept three deposits on any breeding that has not hit the ground yet or any planned breeding. Once the litter drops and I see how many pups there are I will then decide how many our kennel will be keeping and how many will be available for sale. When I receive a deposit , you will be placed on a list in numbered order as to preference for pup & the sex you prefer. If the sex you prefer is not available you can switch your choice of sex or your deposit to another breeding. There will be no cash refunds. I always put you first when it comes to litters , which means that if three people send me deposits on females and only three females are in the litter than I don’t get to keep any females out of that breeding. My word is my bond & I do what I can to make you happy.

A $500.00 deposit is required to hold a pup. I only accept two payments , the deposit and the balance by the time the pup is SIX weeks old. If the pup is not paid for by the time it is SIX weeks old you forfeit your deposit. This means in my HANDS by the time the pup is SIX weeks old, not “In the mail”. Your deposit is your promise to me that you intend on buying the pup and my promise to you is that I will take it off the market. If for some reason you have a real emergency and you notify me early enough other arrangements may be able to be made. But I will not raise your pup for you.

I prefer to only take deposits on breeding’s that I know have “Took”. However if you “insist” on sending a deposit earlier than that and for whatever reason the breeding does not take, or there are not enough pups to go around you must understand & agree that you will not get a cash refund. Naturally you can move your deposit to another breeding or any pups available at the time. Only send a deposit on an unborn pup if you don’t mind moving it to another litter or you don’t mind waiting on another breeding.

To avoid confusion , once you have decided on a pup from a particular breeding “THAT’S IT”. You cannot keep asking me to switch your deposit from one breeding to another. Once I receive your deposit and mark you down on the list for a pup off a particular breeding , than that breeding is where the deposit stays. Again this is to avoid confusion on both sides. Hopefully the above policy will help to avoid bad feelings or any problems.

All dogs are either registered A.D.B.A.  All dogs sold come with their registration papers at time of sale unless we have yet to receive said paperwork back from the registry club. In this case the paperwork will be mailed to the buyer the same day we receive it from the registry. We do not play games or hold paperwork back on a dog that you purchase. If you purchase a dog from us than you are entitled to that dogs paperwork. We strongly suggest registering the dog in your name as soon as you can. This way if you loose the paperwork you can re-apply for a duplicate yourself. We will not be responsible for getting new paperwork issued on lost or misplaced certificates so make sure you register the dog in YOUR name when you get the paperwork!

Due to past & recent events by people with no morals we will no longer allow yard visits. It is a shame that we live in an age that people no longer see that where a man lays his head at night with his family is his Castle. Long gone are the days where you can have people to your yard without worry of thieves. This policy is “FIRM” & it applies to everyone so please do not take it personally. (If you cant figure out why we have to operate this way than maybe you shouldn’t be looking to own a bulldog.)

Shipping Policy

   In light of recent events involving transporters we have decided to add the following shipping policy:

All pups receive the very best of care and food while on our yard. We go to great lengths to assure the healthiest  pups possible. My vet visits our yard twice a year to do health checks on all our dogs & this is documented  on a yearly basis. We are proud to say that we have never had any infectious disease on our yard and we aim to keep it that way.

All pups shipped will come with a health certificate stating a clean bill of health from my vet.  All pups will be wormed a minimum of three times with Panacur which we have found to be the best broad spectrum wormer.  All pups will be vaccinated  at least twice  , once at six weeks and once again at nine weeks. No puppies will be shipped earlier than the age of nine weeks. If a puppy is here longer than nine weeks , then  that pup will receive its third & final vaccination at 12 weeks. We  use Duramune vaccines by Fort Dodge as well as Vanguard puppy plus 5. We  have found these vaccines to be the BEST and quickest acting to provide protection. We have been using the same vaccine’s for 33yrs and have NEVER had a litter become sick  from infectious disease. 

We have decided to implement this policy due to  the fact that when puppies leave our yard with transporters we have no way of knowing how the transporters operate.  All transporters should be licensed to do business and be U.S.D.A. regulated to ship animals across state lines. We encourage you to ask any transporter you contact to ship dogs for you if they are licensed & regulated by the U.S.D.A. If they are not, then it is my advice “NOT” to have them ship your animals.

Once a dog or pup leaves our yard we cannot be responsible for the health of said dogs if they are shipped with a transporter that does not have the above qualifications. How are we to know what animals from other yards are being transported in the same vehicle. We cannot know if the transporter is “mixing” puppies from other yards with our pups. We have no way of knowing if they are bleaching out the crates before and after putting new dogs or pups in them. Remember , a transporter is visiting hundreds of yards a year and delivering literally hundreds of dogs & pups from these yards. The chances of the environment these dogs are shipped in getting exposed to infectious disease is great. So please make sure you ask questions before choosing a transporter & choose wisely.

Many times we are contacted by people looking to get pups from a certain breeding and we tell them there are none available only to have the original person with deposits become M.I.A. In this case some of these pups will be put back on the market. By joining the Newsletter you can be notified of any changes and have the opportunity to get a pup from a litter that was previously not available. All the people registered to our newsletter will receive an email regarding any changes in pups or dogs for sale before these dogs get listed to the website for the general public to see.
